What are your delivery options?
UPDATE: USPS IS EXPERIENCING HIGH SHIPPING VOLUMES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. THIS MAY CAUSE DELAYS IN DELIVERIES. WE WILL DO OUR PART TO ENSURE ORDERS SHIP ON SCHEDULE. YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING IS APPRECIATED DURING THIS TIME.
Orders consisting of ready made items totaling $20 or less will be shipped via standard ordinary post with a time frame of 3-4 business days. Orders totaling $35 and above, domestic, will be shipped via Priority Mail using postal service, $35 and above, internationally, via DHL express with global delivery within 6 business days.
How do I return an item?
You may return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is on us if found to be our error (defective item, incorrect item, etc).
Refund turnaround time is within two weeks of us receiving your return package. Also, please consider the time it takes for your bank to process the refund.
Please Contact Us if you have an item to return including your order number and reason for return. Subject line should include RMA to request a Return Authorization Number. We will respond with return item instructions.
